The casino attracts a large number of high-end players so has decided to add more VIP space. At present the main casino floor is home to The Emerald Room and there is a VIP Gaming Area on the second floor. Now the Pearl Ocean restaurant will be moving to the first floor in order to create more space for VIPs.
The second floor is more accessible for VIPs as it is on the same level as the car park. The resort’s staff are bilingual and they offer a one-to-one staff-to-guest ratio. Furthermore, there are private butlers, and dedicated food and drink service in the area.The casino is also changing its dining options. Next month a new menu will be available at the Phoenix, a restaurant specialising in pork, deer tendon, abalone and other delicacies, and the Pearl Ocean will lowering its prices and making its own dim sum.The casino is hoping to attract more locals by offering a 20% discount at all restaurants to Las Vegas residents and there will be a number of Happy Hours with food and drink specials available every day.
