How To Play

The aim of Aces and Faces 4-Line is to put together the best five-card poker hand possible, and as the name suggests, you will always be playing four hands simultaneously.

To start a round you first need to choose your coin size using the control at the bottom left of the screen and then choose how many coins you wish to bet per hand. Above the cards you will see the paytable and five columns next to each hand type. If you are betting one coin per hand then you are playing for the payouts in the first column, betting two coins per hand means you are playing for the second column and so on, until five coins per hand at which point you are playing for the fifth column and the maximum payouts. Use the ‘Bet One’ button to add a single coin to your bet or the ‘Bet Max’ button to quickly bet five coins and deal the cards.

When you are satisfied with your bet click on ‘Deal’ and the bottom row of cards is dealt. If a winning hand is formed then those cards are automatically held. Otherwise, you need to click on the cards that you wish to hold. The great part is that the cards will be held across all four hands so if, for instance, you are dealt a pair of Jacks then you are guaranteed a win from all four hands. After you have chosen which cards to hold click on ‘Deal’ again, the cards will be replaced, and all four hands revealed. Any winning hands are then paid out and you can begin the next round.

The lowest winning hand is Jacks or Better, it is followed by Two Pairs, Three of a Kind, Straight, Flush, Full House, Four 2’s Through 10’s, Four Jacks, Queens or Kings, Straight Flush, Four Aces and a Royal Flush.

If you win then you are offered the chance to ‘Double’ or ‘Double Half’ your winnings. This means that you can risk your all your winnings or just half your winnings and attempt to double the amount you risked. You will be shown a face up card and need to choose from four facedown cards to find one that is higher in value. If you are successful you can repeat the process up to the game’s limit.

The payouts change according to how many coins you have bet. If you are betting one coin per hand then Jacks or Better pays 1x, Two Pairs pays 2x, Three of a Kind pays 3x, Straight pays 4x, Flush pays 5x, Full House pays 8x, Four 2s through 10s pays 25x, Four Jacks, Queens or Kings pays 40x, a Straight Flush pays 50x, Four Aces pays 80x and a Royal Flush pays 500x.

If you are playing with more than one coin then the payouts are multiplied by how many coins you have bet. For instance, if you are playing with two coins then Two Pairs would pay 4x (2 x 2). This rule is true for all hands except the Royal Flush. It pays out 1000x, 2000x, 3000x and 4000x for two, three, four and five coins respectively.
