Fraud Detection & Prevention
Casino Las Vegas is dedicated to preventing and detecting fraud in all aspects of our operation. We have a zero tolerance policy towards fraud of any kind and the discovery of any fraudulent activity will result in the immediate closure of the relevant account as well as the forfeiture of any winnings. Furthermore, fraud may also lead to civil and/or criminal prosecution of the account holder in question.
In order to verify the identity of players we use a tried and tested security procedure when processing transactions from new members. As part of this procedure players may be required at any time to provide some or all of the following:
- A photocopy of a current photo ID such as a passport of driver's license.
- A photocopy of the front and back of credit cards that are used at the casino.
- A photocopy of relevant credit card statement/s displaying the name, address and credit card number of the account holder.
- A signed authorisation release for each of the credit cards used at Casino Las Vegas.
These procedures are intended to guarantee the integrity of all electronic transactions, purchases and withdrawals made via the casino. We are grateful for players understanding of this issue and are regretful for any inconvenience the procedures may cause.

New members of Casino Las Vegas are required to declare that they are of a legal age for gambling in their respective jurisdiction. We will take reasonable actions to ensure that this information is valid and it is required of us to obtain the name, address, sex and age of all players. Anybody under the age of 18 is forbidden to play at Casino Las Vegas.
We recommend the use of child protection software to block under 18s from accessing gambling sites: http://www.cyberpatrol.com/
It is normal and understandable that first time visitors to Casino Las Vegas will be concerned about the issue of fairness and wish to ensure that we deliver truly fair game play. We guarantee that all of our games are fair all of the time by using a certified and audited Random Number Generator (RNG). This system, which is of an industry standard, guarantees that results are consistently random and it has been extensively tested by running and reviewing the results of millions of game rounds. Furthermore, to further guarantee the integrity and accuracy of the RNG it undergoes independent testing by Technical Systems Testing (TST), an internationally respected testing company and one of the gaming industry's leading independent third-party monitors.
Casino Las Vegas wishes to be transparent in its actions and to this end our TST verification reports can be viewed by anyone by clicking here.
In addition to undergoing regular third-party testing Casino Las Vegas is licensed by the Government of Gibraltar and regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner according to the Gambling Act of 2005 for the purpose of operating online casino games.
To make life easier for our members we have a built-in Game and Financial History log which gives players the ability to review details of their playing history (such as date, time, game results, card combinations, winnings and so on) as well as their transaction history (deposits and withdrawals). These records may be accessed at any time that players are logged into a Real Money account.
If you have any complaints, claims or disputes with regard to any outcome regarding the services or any other activity, you must submit your complaint to us in writing as soon as is reasonably practicable following the date of the original transaction to which the claim or dispute refers. You are required to provide a minimum of personal information permitting identification, together with a description of the facts and motivation for the complaint as well as the corresponding corroborating evidence.
