American Roulette

Game Description

There are two distinct popular versions of roulette, American and European. American Roulette has one major difference to European Roulette, the spinning wheel features an extra segment, a ‘00'. This means that rather than having 37 numbered segments American Roulette has 38: 0, 00 and 1 to 36 inclusive.

The numbers on the wheel are coloured either red or black with the 0 and 00 coloured green. Players bet on which number a ball spun within the wheel will come to rest on and thanks to the combination of the layout of the numbers on the wheel and the betting area and the different colours used there are numerous betting options. It is possible to bet on individual numbers, numbers as they are grouped in the betting area and general groups of numbers such as Reds, Blacks, Odds and Evens.

Table Layout

American Roulette has a very straightforward table layout. The top right corner contains the spinning roulette wheel and below it is the betting area where chips are placed. The chips themselves are shown to the right of the betting area. In the top left of the screen is a history window showing the results of the last few spins and next to it is a close up of the wheel so players can watch it spin.
